A space for kōrero and genuine connection. I offer guidance that draws on intuition as much as it does nine years of experience in technical leadership - practical, clear-eyed, and grounded, but never without heart. Every conversation is held with manaakitanga, honesty, and integrity, in service of your clarity and growth. Who it’s for? These sessions are for anyone standing at a crossroads: feeling stuck, starting over, or sensing there’s more for them but not sure where to begin. I’ve walked through losing an identity I thought defined me, stepped off the corporate ladder, and rebuilt from the inside out. I bring that lived experience into every kōrero. What we might talk about: Career changes and finding your direction, rebuilding after a big life change, reconnecting with your intuition and what you truly want, balancing logic and heart in your decisions, or simply having space to think out loud with someone who’ll listen without judgement. What to expect: Every session is intuitive, so there’s no set script or structure. We’ll start by talking about where you are and what’s on your mind, and from there I follow what feels right in the moment. Sometimes that means honest reflection, sometimes practical next steps, and sometimes simply holding space. Wherever the kōrero flows, you’ll leave with more clarity than you came with.
